MINDFULNESS TRAINING

Training for mental focus, creativity and stress management

We come to your workplace and run sessions for your staff.


Time is precious and Quintin’s ability to go directly to the heart of the matter has successfully helped businesses implement these important skills within their staff.

These can be run before work, lunchtime or part of staff training. A 30 minute foundation session is recommended with weekly or monthly follow ups to help establish the benefits of the training.

We are also able to run workshops at events such as conferences to help get the team focused, relaxed and ready for the big day.

Within our sessions we use practical and proven techniques that work on;

  • Dealing with change by becoming more mentally and physically flexible.

  • Relaxation & Breathing exercises that also sharpen the mind for focus and creativity.

  • Release of tension and stress which if left unchecked can lead to anxiety or depression amongst staff.

  • Postural Alignment to improve mental focus and prevent repetitive stress through sustained periods of sitting.
